Despite initial reports in August that Kendall Jenner was paying for all the lavish trips she and boyfriend Jacob Elordi go on and that he might be gifting The Grifters, new reporting suggests Elordi is paying for everything.
And friends are worried.
“He’s the one paying for everything,” reveals the source to InTouch. “It’s not just nice dinners and a few gifts — Jacob is chartering private jets, renting out hotel suites that cost $60K a night and buying her all sorts of extravagant jewelry.”
Jenner is used to having her boyfriends pay for everything so she doesn’t mind Elordi keeps pulling out his wallet, despite her $150 million fortune. Sources say he’s paid for not only the globetrotting to Japan, Hawaii, Italy, and Australia, but that they’re house hunting and he going to pay. Deuxmoi has also said they’re house hunting but is unclear if it’s bc they’re moving in together or not.
According to the source, the Kissing Booth actor doesn’t exactly have the funds to keep up all the extravagant spending, though and that he’s “trying to prove something to Kendall.”
“Jacob is rich by most people’s standards. He’s made something like $10 million. However, that’s only a drop in the bucket compared to the $150 million that Kendall’s accumulated,” shares the source. “She’s worth more than ten times him.”
“His friends all think he’s gone mad,” says the source. “They’re warning Jacob that if he’s not careful Kendall will land him in the poor house.”
