Jessica Biel is sharing how her son Silas, 11, feels about her new movie Matchbox.
The 44-year-old actress and producer stars in the Apple TV film, alongside John Cena, Arturo Castro, Sam Richardson, and Teyonah Parris.
While attending the premiere in New York City this past week, Jessica revealed that her eldest son was “very concerned” about one part in particular.
“My son, Silas, was very concerned about the green dress [I wore in the movie],” she told People. “He was like, ‘What are you wearing, Mom? Yuck.’ ”
Jessica also told the outlet that the dress reveal gave her some mom anxiety.
“I was like, ‘Oh my God, this is intense for them to be seeing this dress,’” she said.
Jessica Biel’s son Silas has a cameo in the movie!
While speaking with E! News at the NYC premiere, Jessica revealed her son also has a cameo in Matchbox.
“He plays a small part in this movie at the very end, which is really cute,” she shared.
When both of her sons, Silas and Phineas, visited her on set, they got to meet their hero, John Cena.
“They are so funny,” she told E! about her kids visiting her on set. “I feel like their brains implode whenever they come to set, especially a set like this, where there’s a hero of theirs that they’re meeting. There’s cool action sequences, there’s fight sequences.”
“Like my little one, I think he was like, ‘Is this real? Is this not real?’ My 11-year-old is like, I know what this is. But the 6-year-old is still like, ‘What’s happening here?’” she added.
