Robert Pattinson is speaking out following news that production for The Batman Part II has been put on pause.
Earlier this month, Warner Bros and DC Studios announced that filming for the upcoming sequel has been halted for the time being as director Matt Reeves has a personal matter he is attending to. No details were released regarding the details surrounding the family matter he’s dealing with.
While attending the London premiere of his new movie Primetime on Monday (October 12), Rob, 40, shared an update on the future of the next Batman movie.
“Yeah, we’re pausing for a little bit, and then we’re going to figure it all out,” Rob told Official Pop Drop.

Earlier this year, Rob teased the script, revealing they’re “taking some big swings.”
“The script is extraordinary,” he shared. “I think it’s going to be a really, really special movie and very, very different.”
Who Is Starring in The Batman Part II?
The Batman Part II will see the return of Rob as Batman, Andy Serkis as Alfred, and Colin Farrell as The Penguin. Scarlett Johansson and Sebastian Stan are also part of the cast. Two stars officially exited the cast after the 2022 movie.
The film is currently scheduled to hit theaters on February 18, 2028, and has already been delayed several times.
