-Paramount’s merger of WB has officially been put on hold until June 1st, 2027…or until the courts give a ruling in their favor.
-The company, run by pathetic cry nepo baby David Ellison, has agreed to pay Warner Bros. Discovery shareholders a fee of $650 million for every quarter that the deal does not close, beginning in October.
-Paramount is trying to put this as a win on their part stating “This is the fastest and clearest way to prove that this transaction is good for competition, good for consumers, and good for creators,” a Paramount spokeswoman said in a statement.
