The new horror movie Evil Dead Burn will be terrifying audiences at movie theaters this weekend.
This is the sixth installment in the Evil Dead movie franchise and there’s already another one coming in 2028.
Fans who check out movies these days are often expecting something in the credits, so audiences will wonder if they should stick around. Many movies these days, especially ones that are part of a franchise, will include extra footage at the end to tease future installments or to give audiences some bonus content.
What’s after the credits during Evil Dead Burn?
We can confirm that YES, there are end credits scenes during Evil Dead Burn. In fact, there are TWO separate scenes that you should stick around to watch.
Spoilers are below for both of the scenes!
MID-CREDITS SCENE: The grandmother is now a Deadite, who is seen crawling down a road. A car stops to help her and she pretends to be an elderly woman in need, before attacking the passing driver.
POST-CREDITS SCENE: We saw an employee from the creamtorium showing her daughter around the building. The young girl asks why there are so many unclaimed urns. After the employee walks away for a second, the girl starts examining the urns and comes across one with the name “Ellie.”
For those who don’t remember, Ellie was played by actress Alyssa Sutherland in Evil Dead Rise.
As the girl looks in the mirror, the lights flicker and Ellie is staring back at her. They touch throw the mirror and Ellie comes through the mirror and then kills the girl. She says, “Mummy’s back.” The film then ends.
