Jennifer Lopez is opening up about her love life, and wishing she lived the single life sooner.
The 56-year-old “Let’s Get Loud” superstar made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday (May 27) while promoting her new movie, Office Romance.
During the appearance, Jimmy Kimmel asked about J.Lo‘s relationship status, and whether she was single at the moment.
“Yes! I shoulda done it sooner!” she remarked.
“I’ve been doing it all wrong. I’ve been doing it all wrong, trust me.”
Jimmy then asked if she had ever considered “becoming the next Bachelorette.”
“Are you crazy?” she responded, adding that she’s “not doing anything to ruin how I feel right now.”
She described single life as “fantastic,” saying she “could never” star in the ABC reality dating show.
“I’m good. I’m good right now where I’m at.”
“I’ll meet somebody somewhere one day if they’re good enough,” she said later on in the interview. Watch the interview below.
Jennifer filed for divorce from Ben Affleck in August of 2024. Back in April, it was reported that parties both contributed to the purchase of a $60,850,000 house back in 2023… and now Ben is reportedly gifting his portion of the property to his ex-wife.
Just one year after they bought the house, the former couple put it back on the market and it still has not sold.
Ben has reportedly signed over his interest in the house to Jennifer, completely for free. The document shows a “transfer of property among spouses” as part of their property settlement agreement.
