Simone Biles is getting candid about her cosmetic procedures — and she’s not afraid to set the record straight.
“I’ve had three plastic surgeries,” the 28-year-old Olympian revealed in an October 30 TikTok video. “And two of them you would never be able to tell.” In the caption, she teased fans with “take your guesses.”
Among the flood of theories in the comments, Biles later confirmed the truth. She’s had a breast augmentation, a lower blepharoplasty (a lower eyelid surgery), and earlobe surgery.
Referring to her breast implants with a cherries emoji, Biles explained, “Lower bleph because I had THE WORST eye bags & ear lobe — my earring got ripped out when I was younger.”
This isn’t the first time the gymnast has hinted at her procedures.
According to US Weekly, last month, the 28-year old appeared to confirm her breast augmentation by posting a playful Instagram Story of herself doing a flip on a trampoline outside her new home, writing, “First flip – in a year – at the new house – with new [cherries emoji].”
Back in July, fans speculated about a possible boob job after Biles shared a swimsuit photo from her vacation in Belize with husband Jonathan Owens.
In the picture, she wore a gold and black Fenty bikini — prompting one follower to comment, “U got them done?”
Biles has long been vocal about rejecting unrealistic beauty expectations. “I don’t know why others feel as though they can define your own beauty based on their standards,” she wrote in a 2020 Twitter post.
“Today, I say I am done competing vs. beauty standards and the toxic culture of trolling when others feel as though their expectations are not met… because nobody should tell you or I what beauty should or should not look like.”
