The Voice is officially back tonight!
Season 30 of the hit NBC singing competition premieres on Monday (September 21), and the network is kicking things off with a special three-night premiere event.
The new season also brings some major changes, including two first-time coaches, the return of live shows and new ways for viewers to vote.
What Time Is The Voice Season 30 on Tonight?
The Voice Season 30 premieres tonight at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC with a two-hour episode.
The three-night premiere event continues with one-hour episodes on Tuesday (September 22) and Wednesday (September 23) at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
All episodes will also be available to stream on Peacock the following day.
Who Are The Voice Season 30 Coaches?
Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine are both returning to the red chairs for the milestone season.
They’ll be joined by two first-time coaches: Queen Latifah and country singer Riley Green.
Carson Daly is also returning as host.
The four coaches will have a new tool at their disposal during the Blind Auditions called the First In Button. If multiple coaches turn for an artist, the coach who turned first can use the button to immediately claim the singer for their team. Each coach can only use the advantage once.
What Else Is Changing on The Voice Season 30?
Live Shows are returning this season with six weeks of live performances after Season 29 was entirely pre-taped.
Season 30 will also introduce new voting options. Fans will be able to vote through SMS or TikTok during the Live Shows, with results announced the same night.
Another new round called Cut Week will feature the biggest elimination in the show’s history. Each coach will send two artists directly to the Live Shows while five others compete for the final spot on their team. America will then vote one additional artist into the competition to complete the Top 13.
The winner of Season 30 will also receive a performance slot on the main stage at the 2027 Governors Ball Music Festival in New York City.
