Rose Byrne is defending her longtime love, Bobby Cannavale!
The 46-year-old actress spoke out in a new interview after she made headlines for revealing the 55-year-old actor was at a reptile expo instead of attending the 2026 Golden Globes.

“Never in my life will I announce something like that on a major awards show again,” she amusingly said in an interview with The New York Times.
“Everyone was thinking it’s for Bobby. It’s not! It’s for our children. The children.”
If you missed it, Rose won Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture — Musical or Comedy for If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.
“I want to thank my husband, Bobby Cannavale, he couldn’t be here because we’re getting a bearded dragon and he went to a reptile expo in New Jersey. Thank you baby!” she said during her speech.
The couple started dating in 2012 and welcomed their first son Rocco in 2016, followed by son Rafael in 2017.
