    Tom Cruise & ‘Digger’ Cast Celebrate Los Angeles Premiere Ahead of Friday’s Release

    Tom Cruise led the cast of Digger at the film’s Los Angeles premiere!

    The 64-year-old actor joined co-stars Riz Ahmed, Sandra Hüller, John Goodman, Michael Stuhlbarg, Jesse Plemons, Emma D’Arcy, and more at Directors Village on Monday (September 28) in Los Angeles.

    Tom wore a dark Armani suit with an open-collar shirt and stopped to greet fans gathered outside. He posed for selfies and signed autographs before joining the premiere’s photo call.

    Several cast members brought their spouses along for the celebration. Riz attended with his wife, author Fatima Farheen Mirza, while John was joined by his wife, Anna Beth Goodman.

    Jesse also brought his wife, Kirsten Dunst, who wore a black dress with contrasting light trim and pale blue heels.

    The new movie is director Alejandro G. Iñárritu’s first English-language feature since The Revenant.

    Tom plays Digger Rockwell, described as “’the most powerful man in the world,’ as he races to prove he is humanity’s savior before the disaster he’s unleashed destroys everything.”

    Tom also serves as a producer. The movie was shot entirely in VistaVision and will be released in U.S. theaters and IMAX on October 2.
