Klitschko filed a petition in Los Angeles last week to become the temporary guardian of Kaya’s estate as Hayden died without a will. He is seeking to protect belongings as well as the finances. Federal agents accessed Hayden’s home as part of an ongoing investigation and removed her property. Klitschko wants to be the rep for the estate so he can get the property back when the probe is over.
Apparently as well an “individual” has been helping themselves and it is expected that person will continue to try and misappropriate property belonging to Hayden’s estate.
Apparently, her lovely parents are fighting over her possessions and the horrible creature who gave birth to her is considering a tell-all.
