Love Thy Nader star Sarah Jane Nader is a contestant on Dancing with the Stars season 35, and she’s paired with former troupe member Hailey Bills!
Hailey is a first time pro dancer this season after being in the DWTS troupe last season.
Why did Hailey Bills and Sarah Jane Nader get partnered together this season?
The show’s executive producer Conrad Green shared his insight into the same sex pairing this season.
He told The Wrap, “Sarah Jane is bi[sexual], and she just wanted to have a female partner. It was just something about the dynamic of those two together … We kept coming back to [them] and going, those two, they look good.”
“And Hailey’s totally up for it,” he shared.
This is not the first same-sex pairing on the show. The two other Dancing with the Stars same-sex partnerships were JoJo Siwa and Jenna Johnson (Season 30) and Shangela and Gleb Savchenko (Season 31).
