Kelhani has been forced to cancel two concerts due to an illness.
On Wednesday (August 27), the 31-year-old “Folded” singer announced on Instagram that they are canceling two stops on their The Kelani World Tour following a hospitalization.
“After two off days feeling completely normal, I’ve been up all night unable to swallow & in so much pain,” Kehlani wrote while also sharing two photos from inside the hospital. “I just left the hospital & am not cleared to sing for the next two shows.”
The Grammy winner has been forced to cancel their show in Camden, NJ on August 26, and in the Washington, DC-area on August 27.
“I’m so sorry Camden & DC. My team is working on a solution,” Kehlani continued. “Breaks my heart to have to ever do this. I do everything I’m supposed to do to ensure my health stays up to par & it still isn’t guaranteed. We will pick back up in Virginia.”
Kehlani is still scheduled to perform at the Allianz Amphitheater at Riverfront in Richmond, Virginia on Saturday, August 29.
