Pop superstar and renowned actress Lady Gaga has prevailed over surf company Lost Surfboards in a lawsuit the company filed claiming that Mother Monster’s Mayhem album logo was too similar to the logo of their “Mayhem” surfboards.
The case was dismissed by judge Fernando M. Olguin, who ruled that the case was too weak to move ahead.
