Kristen Stewart and Alia Shawkat‘s new stoner girl comedy is now out in theaters!
The two actresses star in the new movie The Wrong Girls, which is the feature directorial debut of writer-director Dylan Meyer, who is Kristen‘s wife.
What is The Wrong Girls (2026) about?
Kristen and Alia star as Frankie and Molly, two pot-loving best friends whose lives are derailed by a case of mistaken identity.
“Frankie and Molly are codependent boneheads who have spent the last 10 years blissfully in a fog of weed smoke, co-signing each others’ bad choices and screening adulthood’s increasingly insistent calls. Just as Molly’s boyfriend asks her to move in with him, Frankie is mistakenly given a briefcase full of glowing vials of an experimental psychedelic,” the director explained to EW.
Fans who check out movies these days are often expecting something in the credits, so audiences will wonder if they should stick around. Many movies these days, especially ones that are part of a franchise, will include extra footage at the end to tease future installments or to give audiences some bonus content.

What’s after the credits during The Wrong Girls (2026)?
We can confirm that YES, there are mid credit and end credits scenes during The Wrong Girls.
SPOILER ALERT: In the mid credit scene, we see Frankie working at the restaurant when Kai (Taj Cross) walks up and puts his ID on the table in front of her. She recognizes the picture and looks up at him. He looks at her and says it’s his birthday as she gives a mischievous smile.
In the end credits scene, Frankie and Molly are smoking in a small car parked in front of their home. A black SUV pulls up on the other side of the street and three of the Dutch goons get out and stand beside the car with guns in their hands. Frankie and Molly, oblivious that the goons are there, start the car and drive away. The goons are left standing there dumbfounded as the car drives away.
In a recent interview, Kristen gushed over working with her wife on the movie.
