Jennie Garth is speaking out following news that Tori Spelling is exiting their Beverly Hills 90210 re-watch podcast.
Since October 2020, the former co-stars have co-hosted the 90210MG podcast where they recapped and discussed each episode of the iconic ’90s teen series.
In a shocking turn of events, Tori recently announced her sudden exit from the podcast, which came as a huge surprise for fans as she and Jennie were still in the middle of re-watching season eight and had two more seasons to discuss.
Tori said that she decided to leave the podcast to pursue other projects.
In the new episode of 90210MG, which dropped early on Friday (July 31), Jennie and fellow co-host Amy Sugarman addressed Tori‘s sudden exit.

“I’m sad that she’s not finishing this out with us,” Jennie said. “We started this together. I’m sad about that, if I’m honest.”
She went on to say that she’s “happy for” Tori and “excited for her to choose herself.”
Amy acknowledged that Tori “has not been here for a bit” and has “not been doing the show for many reasons,” before explaining the actress’ decision to leave.
“About two weeks ago, she made the decision, which I’m sure was a very tough decision for her, but she let us know about two weeks ago that she had decided she wasn’t going to continue with the podcast,” Amy shared. “This was 100 percent her decision.”
“Two things can be true,” she continued, “we can be really bummed and disappointed that she’s not going to do seasons 9 and 10 with us, with you, while still wanting her to be happy and to be excited about the things she’s working on and does want to do.”
If you didn’t see, Tori recently shared an update on her love life after finalizing her divorce from Dean McDermott.
