Olivia Culpo is in the final stretch of her second pregnancy.
The 34-year-old model and actress is currently expecting her second child with her husband, Christian McCaffrey, and in a recent TikTok video, revealed she’s planning on another C-section.
“This is officially the third trimester, still don’t know the gender, I just moved into a new house, I just launched a brand that’s really exciting, and I have an infant that’s now one,” she started her video.

She noted how this pregnancy feels the same but different from her first, and she thinks she’s having a boy. Olivia also said she thinks the baby will “look exactly like my brother Gus.”
The actress then shared her plans for a C-section.
“I’m having a C-section because I had a C-section in July last year, so having a VBAC [vaginal birth after cesarean] wasn’t an option,” she shared. “I scheduled it on a day Christian has a slightly easier [day], basically it’s not an off-day for him so he’ll be able to come just for the birth and then, aside from that, he’ll have to go back. So, it’s going to be different than my first birth. I will be without my husband.”
She added that she’s grateful for her “village,” and, followed by a laugh, her “large security detail team.”
If you didn’t know, Olivia‘s husband, Christian McCaffrey, is a running back for the San Francisco 49ers, where he’s been since he was traded from the Carolina Panthers in 2022.
The couple started dating in 2019 and were engaged in 2023. They then got married in 2024 and welcomed their first child, daughter Colette, in July 2025.
