SAINT SATINE is HYBExGEFFEN’s newest girlgroup and the sister group of KATSEYE. The first three members Lexie, Samara and Emily were trainees from DREAM ACADEMY, the show that gave us KATSEYE, and put together in August last year. Their forth and final member Sakura was recruited through another tv show and joined in May this year.
Their official debut was slated for mid to late 2026 but now it was announced that member Lexie has peaced out of the project. In a statement on her Instagram she wrote “When I joined Project SAINT SATINE, I truly believed it was the right place for me. I was excited by the presented vision and future plans we were going to be working towards together. While it feels heavy-hearted, I have found peace in that some things in life aren’t destined. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the team, but we have different ways of operating, and that’s okay!”.
This is not the first time she has exited a HxG project as she famously left the DREAM ACADEMY show because she didn’t like the competition concept.
