Ice Spice is facing a deposition in a legal battle regarding wigs later this year.
The 26-year-old “Big Guy” rapper has been ordered to appear for a deposition in a wig company lawsuit, according to new legal documents.
Ice Spice, legal name Isis Gaston, is set to be questioned in Manhattan this September amid a legal battle launched by Thee Bella Brand LLC, per TMZ.
The company sued Ice Spice back in 2025 for over 25 custom wigs, claiming that she agreed to buy them for roughly $20,000 but never paid. The business is also claiming that she bad-mouthed them online, resulting in over $400,000 in lost business opportunities and punitive damages.
Ice Spice has denied those allegations, and the case is now moving forward to a deposition, with two other witnesses set to be questioned as well.
There’s currently a deadline set for January of 2027 for discovery, as well as a settlement conference that could wind up in the lawsuit not heading to trial.
She recently broke her silence on the now-viral video of her being slapped in the face by a fan inside a McDonald’s.
If you didn’t see, Ice Spice also recently addressed speculation surrounding her weight loss.
