There’s a new update on Janel Parrish‘s divorce from ex-husband Chris Long.
The 37-year-old actress confirmed their split last month, after 10 years together and seven years of marriage, as rumors of a new romance for her started swirling.
“There is still so much love and respect between us, and I’m deeply grateful for everything we built together. This chapter of my life, and Chris, will always mean so much to me,” she shared in April 2026. “Thank you all again for the messages of love and support.”
Now, People reports that the former couple have officially settled their divorce just over a month later.
The publication states that Janel filed “an uncontested dissolution of marriage” on Thursday, May 21st, in the Superior Court of Los Angeles. They jointly filed for divorce in April.
Right before publicly confirming their split, Janel was rumored to be dating DWTS pro Sasha Farber after posting dancing videos together. In late April, they confirmed their relationship.
In early May 2026, Janel gushed that Sasha was “just the best.”
“He just brings so much love and light and positivity to people in the world,” she told People at the 2026 Gold Gala.
She added that cooking is his love language and he’s an amazing chef!
“He introduced me to some Russian food. He does really great seafood, skewers, kebabs, just all of it. He’s so good at cooking. It’s amazing,” Janel said.
