The mother-daughter duo made a rare public appearance together this month.
Harlow Winter Kate Madden has gone by “Kate Madden” her whole life, according to Nicole in a January birthday tribute.
Kate was seen at Coachella this spring with friends and brother Sparrow (16).
She also has a set of angel wings tattooed on her back, much like Nicole’s.
