The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie has revealed that she’s seeing a mystery man, but Remi is determined to find someone who is “on board with what [she’s] up to”.
Remi, 31, told People: “Career is number one for me. But I am on my dating journey at 31 years old. So we’re trying. We’re dating, and I’m very much single, and we’ll see what happens.”
Remi revealed that her mystery man had texted her just before she walked the red carpet at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue launch in New York City.
She said: “When I was about to come [on] the red carpet, he just texted me. I was like, ‘Listen, I can’t hang out this week. I can’t go on another date.'”
Despite the brush-off, she said of the mystery man: “He’s a very nice man. I’d like to see you another time.”
Meanwhile, Remi previously revealed that she had to move out of her apartment after going through a “traumatic” breakup.
The influencer split from Keyveat Postell in 2024 after almost two years together and she decided that she could no longer live where it all unfolded.
Speaking in a video posted to TikTok, she said: “I don’t want to talk about it anymore because it feels like another lifetime ago. Eight, nine months ago.
“I know I can’t be in this apartment because I just can’t.
“And the trauma and things that went on in that apartment, I just knew I wanted to leave.”
Remi subsequently revealed how her mom’s experiences influenced her own decision-making.
The social media star explained that her mom encouraged her to stay put, but she chose a different path.
She explained: “So my mom was always very much like, ‘Don’t move.’
“But every time I would go back to that apartment, I would be so sad. It would literally bring me back to this sad place like the breakup literally just happened.
“It was about me now and about my mental health.
“I just felt held back in that apartment and I only felt that sadness when I was in there.”
