Jayden James, 19 the youngest son of Britney Spears, 44 was recently stopped by TMZ while out with friends in West Hollywood.
When asked by paparazzi about how his mom was doing after her recent rehab stint, he respectfully declined to comment and seemingly implied that she is doing good.
Britney is currently on probation for 12 months and must follow strict rules, including not possessing drugs without a valid prescription following recent DUI.
