Sean “Diddy” Combs has given up on getting bailed out of jail before his trial.
The disgraced mogul filed a motion to dismiss his appeal after being denied bail 3 times and signed a statement acknowledging his understanding of this decision.
He will remain in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn until the start of his trial on May 5, 2025.
