Fans are making a connection between Anwar Hadid‘s newest messages on social media and Dua Lipa‘s red carpet debut with her new flame, Romain Gavras.
Over the weekend, the 23-year-old model (and younger brother of Gigi and Bella Hadid) posted a series of Instagram Stories that have now been deleted. The timing of these Instagram posts was interesting, as they were uploaded after Dua made her red carpet debut with Romain just hours before.

Anwar posted messages including, “Trying to not to find and kill him,” “I can’t breath,” “Have fun,” and “I hate the way you say my name.” While he didn’t mention Dua by name, many are taking this to be Anwar‘s “response” to the photos.
In late 2021, it was reported that Dua and Anwar were taking a break after dating for two years. They were first linked in 2019. Dua and Romain have been linked since March 2023.
