A user on r/movie asked what movie endings left a bad taste. Their example was The Lovely Bones

Don’t Worry Darling, it just ground to a halt and the film ended with what seemed to me to be the second act.

    – Queenie and Jacob getting married in the end of Secrets of Dumbledore. This is not a healthy relationship. She literally mind controlled him for months. That was before spending 5 years as the right hand of Grindelwald.

High Tension ends with a twist that completely falls apart the moment you pull a single string, and completely ruined the movie for me. The movie itself is fine, but the ending really left a sour taste in my mouth.

Passengers, starring Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence. I know that the problems with that movie’s plot have been endlessly discussed, but it bears repeating. Why in the fuck would she choose to stay with him?!? He stole her dreams, her choice, her life! It was just so monumentally stupid that I saw the movie once and decided never again.

My sisters keeper. I have never been more upset about the ending of a book to movie adaptation in my life.
