Ice Spice is clearing up speculation that she’s pregnant after an eyebrow-raising in the new music video for her Lil Yachty collaboration “Out My Face (My Baby).”
A scene in the music video shows the 26-year-old rapper with her stomach expanding into a pregnancy bump while she delivers a lyric about becoming a mom. But no, she is not pregnant.
Fans interpreted the visual as a possible announcement, so Ice went on TikTok Live, as seen in the recording by LiveBitez, to explain that the belly was all CGI and just to tie directly to the lyric.
“Not pregnant, guys,” she said in the live. “In the song I literally say, ‘Matter of fact, make me a mom.’ And it was CGI. I am chunky, though.”

Ice Spice has faced pregnancy rumors before
In 2024, a photo she posted on social media prompted similar speculation and she denied the rumors then, too.
“Nobody pregnant, just phat,” she tweeted at the time, reports Complex.
“Out My Face (My Baby),” dropped on August 28 and is a collab with Lil Yachty. Ice also recently launched her first fragrance, In Ha Mood, exclusively at ULTA.
