Shia LaBeouf is getting back to his normal routine after his arrest this week.
The 39-year-old actor was spotted going shirtless while going for a run around the neighborhood on Thursday (February 19) in New Orleans, La.
Just days earlier, Shia was arrested outside of a bar following a brawl. He was charged with two counts of battery.
A police report has been released, in which he was accused of using a homophobic slur multiple times. In the report, the other person involved in the altercation stated that Shia used the slur multiple times, and the police also state that he continued to use it towards persons during the investigation and arrest.
A video has also emerged after the arrest and Shia spoke out in a two-word statement.
