Jenna Dewan‘s fiance Steve Kazee is responding to some of the recent Internet discourse surrounding the most recent Dancing with the Stars episode.
On Tuesday (October 6), Jenna and her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy danced a Rumba to Mariah Carey‘s “My All.”
There were some moments after the dance that have gotten attention online. After receiving their scores, Jenna appeared to put her leg up on Val. Another moment had Jenna with her hand on Val‘s leg. Some even believed they may have kissed at one moment, but they did not. Val is married to fellow pro, Jenna Johnson.
Instagram user @stephwithdadeets uploaded a video about this, and Steve commented.
Steve wrote in the comments, referencing the discourse about the dance duo, “They don’t have chemistry. They have too much chemistry. They have chemistry in the wrong places. Make up your minds. Ya’all really got too much time on your hands. The spouses are unbothered, stay hatin’.”
“Also put respect on my queen’s name and at least pronounce her name correctly when you try to slander her,” he added about the pronunciation of “Dewan.”
Judge Carrie Ann Inaba also saw what was mentioned online.
She wrote, “Dancers are physical beings. This is like the way we say hello. Don’t try to turn it into something it is not. Have some respect for both Jenna and Val and their partners please.”
