Kelly Clarkson is pro-artificial intelligence.
The 44-year-old entertainer made a recent appearance on Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers‘ Las Culturistas podcast, where she shared her “controversial” take.

“Controversial, I don’t care. Here’s the thing, I love AI. There are very amazing things with AI that I’m obsessed with. I’m very into it artistically, too. I have fun with it just like everybody else does,” Kelly said. She also called one of the AI programs her lover, specifically shouting out “my lover, ChatGPT.”
While She Admits She Loves AI “Artistically,” She Does Have an Opinion on AI-Generated Music
She does have an opinion on AI-written music, and does not think it should chart in the same category as humans: “But when you see AI artists competing on a chart with humans, I have an issue. I think there should be a separate chart.”
Kelly Clarkson Does Welcome AI-Generated Music, Though
“I think it’s welcome! I think it’s welcome to the table. I think it’s really cool and creative what we’re going to create with AI, musically… I think it’s a fun field to play in. But I don’t think they should be competing with humans,” she added.
In the same interview, Kelly revealed if she’s single or dating anyone.
