Taylor Swift has made another major announcement: the “Patient Zero” music video is debuting at the 2026 MTV VMAs, and we already have a preview of the footage! This morning (September 24), the CBS Mornings hosts announced the sneak peek and the music video debut.
Two famous faces are joining Taylor in the video: Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell!

The video looks to have a dramatic tone, and at one point, shows the three stars all in frame together. There is also imagery of a gravesite, a pool, a Greek statue, and more!
Fans are also eager to see the lyrics for Taylor‘s new song, but unfortunately, the clip does not have any singing.
The VMAs will be broadcast live on CBS, MTV, and Paramount+ from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday (September 27). You can see the full list of nominations here.
