The Hollywood Reporter has shared the first stills from A Long Winter, the next film from director Andrew Haigh (All of Us Strangers).
From THR: “Based on Colm Tóibín’s short story, A Long Winter is set deep in the Rockies of ‘50s Colorado, with young Mike (Fred Hechinger) navigating a complex relationship with his lonely father, Lester (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), after his brother (Kit Connor) leaves for Korea and his mother (Caitríona Balfe) disappears, running away from a life she’d found unbearably isolating.”
D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Camille Sullivan, and David Furr are also part of the cast. A Long Winter will premiere at TIFF next month.
