The Daisy Jones and the Six actress is looking forward to finding the time to see her fiance – with whom she has a two-year-old daughter – in his breakout role as vampire Edward Cullen but doesn’t want to watch the film series alone.
Appearing on In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele, the host asked Suki: “Are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?”
She admitted: “I’ve never seen it.
“I haven’t. No. will one day.”
Suki then took a pause as she considered the original question and said: “But obviously I’m team…Edward.
“I was like, Wait, I can’t get that wrong. I haven’t [seen them], but I will one day. I’m waiting for the day that I have in bed.”
Owen then offered: “I’ll watch it with you in bed. I talk throughout a movie, so you’re gonna be really annoyed.”
She replied: “I would actually love to watch it with you.
“That would be great. I want commentary, I don’t really wanna sit and watch.
“We’d need commentary. I’ll watch it with [Robert], or I’ll watch it with you, but I want commentary. I’m not gonna sit and watch the movie by myself.
“I can’t wait for the day.”
The 34-year-old singer-and-actress also revealed Robert, 40, is always happy to help her record self-tapes for acting auditions but admitted he takes things incredibly seriously.
She said: “It’s always really good when he helps me as well. But sometimes he really wants to get like really, like, cinematography. Like, move it around the house.
“We did this one self-tape, and I’m like, ‘No, we just need to be against a background, just stay still.’
“And he wanted to do it like I was in the bathroom on the toilet…[he] started the shot with my pants around my ankles, and then I had to pull them up, and he wanted to do this twist into the mirror so you couldn’t see me do my pants up.
“He got so into it. It’s insane. He’s a director.”
Suki joked the subsequent footage may well be used for a music video one day.
She said: “I was like, ‘I’m not sending this [as an audition], but maybe I could cut it up and put a song to it and put it on my Instagram.’ “
