Southern Charm’s Salley Carson admitted she’s a bit anxious to briefly step away from Charleston and say hello to the Summer House cast in the Hamptons.
“I’m nervous to go there,” Salley, 31, shared on the Wednesday, July 29, episode of iHeartRadio’s “Sex Unlocked” podcast. “I told [Kyle Cooke], ‘I’m coming to the house — the Summer House house. I’m gonna be there, so I’m gonna go to the house for one of their parties. I’m gonna make a little cameo, I guess, but I am a little nervous.”
Salley — who seemingly has a connection with Kyle, 43 — isn’t anxious to see his estranged wife, Amanda Batula. After all, the Bravo star isn’t expected to be part of the new season.
Instead, Salley has her heart racing over crossing paths with Ciara Miller.
“For some reason, I’m intimidated by Ciara,” Salley confessed to cohost Lala Kent. “I’ve met her twice, but she’s really good friends with my friend Venita [Aspen]. Me and Venita, we’ve had our ups and downs.”
Last season on Southern Charm, Salley’s friendship with Venita, 32, was tested after she pursued a relationship with Craig Conover. Venita was enemies with Craig, 37, and advised her close friend to stay away.
“You just don’t know where she feels,” Salley explained about her status with Ciara, 30. “We’ve also crossed guys. … I just think that she’s such a badass.”

Both Salley and Ciara have been romantically linked to West Wilson and Austen Kroll. West is currently dating Amanda, 35, while Austen, 39, is believed to be single.
“Me and Austen only slept together once and now we’re just really close friends,” Salley explained on the latest episode of her podcast. “It’ll never happen again. We made out a lot and we would get drunk and kiss and fool around but when we were having sex, it was almost like I wanted to start laughing because he truly is, like, one of my best friends. ‘Why are we doing this? This is weird.’”
Back in May, Us sat down with both Salley and Austen and asked about the state of their friendship.
While the pair couldn’t share too much as season 12 of Southern Charm was in production, both parties appeared to be in a good place.
“You’re going to see our relationship dynamic play out,” Austen teased. “We’re certainly talking about that a lot amongst one another, and Salley and I just have a lot of fun together.”
