QVC program host John Battagliese knows just the way to help the Summer House cast cope after their shocking three-part reunion.
“Ciara [Miller] is welcome here,” John, 32, exclusively shared with Us Weekly on Tuesday, June 9, while celebrating his “Cart Blanche” podcast. “Carl [Radke] may be a mess, but honey, come on over to QVC. Why isn’t Lindsay Hubbard here? I mean, the entire Summer House cast has a home at QVC.”
In fact, John has noticed Kyle Cooke’s impressive skincare game and would love to have the Loverboy founder visit the shopping network for a beauty segment.
“He’s welcome here with open arms,” John added. “I’d like to be in the Summer House house just for a weekend. I think that would be the pinnacle of my life.”
While QVC viewers may know John as a program host who can sell anything from skincare and fashion to home goods and electronics, the self-proclaimed Bravoholic has a love for pop culture that he can’t always display while reminding shoppers what items are on easy pay or at a one-time-only price.

Fortunately, his new original video podcast is about to be the perfect outlet for pop culture fans to come together and discuss what’s buzzing in Hollywood.
“I wanted to figure out a way to bring that love I have for QVC to a new generation of shoppers, because I mean, at the heart of what we do here is all about the connection,” he explained to Us. “I live off of Bravo. I live off reality TV and I think that’s the unique intersection. So much of what we see online are these buzzy moments and they are really driven by pop culture. That’s really at the DNA of what I want this show to be.”
In the first episode of the “Cart Blanche” podcast, John will welcome longtime friend and comedian Heather McMahan. (For a sneak peek, click here.)
“Heather is the kind of person — along with actors, influencers, comedians, singers or tastemakers who are super popular on social media — to be the driving force of this kind of talk show, and then we talk about shopping somewhere along the line,” he said. “I do formally invite Rosie Woods from The Real Housewives of Rhode Island. She is welcome any time on ‘Cart Blanche’ on QVC, because she’s iconic. The whole Real Housewives of Rhode Island cast is iconic.”

John’s new podcast comes as QVC celebrates 40 years of delivering quality, value and convenience to customers. Throughout the month of June, the shopping network will provide special shows in honor of the milestone.
In a matter of weeks, Christmas in July will also kick off with plenty of holiday magic.
“We have a few new brands launching here of people who they did find on social media that are so good,” John teased. “And of course we have your favorites, but Kim Gravel is really bringing the Christmas spirit this year. I’ll tell you that much.”
As QVC continues to celebrate milestones — including being named the Seller of the Year at the TikTok Shop Summit in Los Angeles — John is grateful to be part of a network that’s built around connection.
“I feel like I was able to blossom when I got here in a way that I never was when I was doing theater,” John reflected to Us. “I feel like I really found who I was, but that also goes into the QVC audience. To be able to have grown so much in two years and to have built this connection is something I do not take for granted.”
The “Cart Blanche” podcast premieres on HSN+, QVC+ and wherever you listen to podcasts on Tuesday, June 16.
