Tricia Helfer has officially stepped into the OnlyFans space.
The 52-year-old Battlestar Galactica alum revealed that she quietly launched her page about a month ago and is now opening up publicly about the decision in hopes of helping “take the stigma off a little bit.”
“At my age, I am in my ‘do what I want’ phase of life. I’m tired of being told what to do and how to do it. I’m looking at it as something to have fun with and something that I can be in control of,” Tricia told People.
The Lucifer actress said subscribers can expect a mix of professional photos, selfies, videos, and livestream Q&As.
“I’m keeping with my brand — albeit the sexier side of my brand,” she explained. “It’ll be a mix of artistic shots with great photographers and pictures and videos of quiet and silly times at home feeding my goats or weeding my garden. I posted a picture [recently] of me out in my garden watering my plants and I had my work boots on, but it was hot outside so I was in a bikini.”
Tricia admitted that she enjoys “shocking a little bit,” but said she ultimately sees the platform as “an extension of [her] creative, fun and flirty side.”
The actress previously posed for Playboy in 2007 while promoting Battlestar Galactica and shared that OnlyFans feels like “an extension and a modern day growth from those types of press outlets from the past.”
Tricia also revealed that part of the income earned through the platform will go toward animal charities.
“Animal charity specifically has always been close to my heart,” Tricia said. “I’ve done it at least the last 20 years. So if I have any success with OnlyFans, then it will actually help me be able to donate more money than I already do and stay involved in ways than I already do.”
Recently, Shannon Elizabeth also joined OnlyFans and spoke about the surprising amount of money she has earned on the platform.
