Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson have gotten married for a second time!
Days after a ceremony in Florida, the 48-year-old eldest son of President Donald Trump and the 39-year-old model/socialite married again on Saturday (May 23) in an intimate ceremony held on a private island in the Bahamas, People confirmed.
“Bettina and Don Jr. got married on a glorious day in a place where they often visit,” a source told the outlet.
Guests in attendance included Donald Jr.‘s siblings Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump, and Tiffany Trump along with their spouses. Bettina‘s family and a few close friends were also at the wedding. Her parents are entrepreneur Harry Loy Anderson Jr. and philanthropist Inger Anderson.
Donald Jr. & Bettina legally married in Florida
According to their wedding document, obtained by People, Donald Jr. and Bettina applied for their wedding certificate on May 14. It indicates that they married at Bettina‘s twin sister Kristina Anderson McPherson‘s home in West Palm Beach, Fla. It also notes that Bettina‘s brother-in-law, real estate attorney Bradley McPherson, officiated the wedding. Bradley has also worked closely with the Trump family for years.
The ceremony was a legal formality the couple needed to handle before their wedding festivities outside of the United States. According to the certificate, it doesn’t look like Bettina will be taking “Trump” as her last name.
Donald Jr. and Bettina have been together since 2024
Donald Jr. proposed to Bettina in December 2025. They started dating in 2024 around the same time his engagement to former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle ended. Donald Jr. was previously married to Vanessa Trump from 2005 to 2018 and they share five children – Kai, 19, Donald, 17, Tristan, 14, Spencer, 13, and Chloe, 11.
The day before the Bahamas wedding, President Trump announced that he will not be attending the wedding due to “circumstances pertaining to Government, and my love for the United States of America.” It’s unclear if Ivanka Trump or Baron were at the wedding.
