Mariah Carey has listed her 12,000-square foot New York City penthouse for $27 million. As a triplex, it has three sprawling floors plus a large outdoor space that covers about half of the building’s rooftop. Located in Manhattan’s TriBeCa neighborhood, it was featured in Architectural Digest and, more importantly, MTV’s Cribs.
