Kim Kardashian knows she doesn’t post about son Psalm as much — and there is a reason why.
During the Thursday, November 6, episode of The Kardashians, Kim, 45, offered a rare glimpse at her and Kanye West’s son, 6, while going with Psalm to record his voice for an Angry Birds movie.
“It is really funny. When you have your first kid, you post everything, then your second kid a little less and your third kid a little less,” Kim explained. “It is just kind of what happens with everything.”
Kim could see why the public may have noticed Psalm’s absence from her social media.
“I feel like people don’t really know Psalm, but he is the smartest, silliest little boy. He is a total go with the flow kid,” she gushed. “He never says no or goes against anything. He is a dream child and is the most independent. He loves to dance and he would never have a tantrum. He has the cutest voice you have ever heard.”
The reality star shares North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm with Kanye, 48. The former couple tied the knot in 2014 and were married for seven years before Kim filed for divorce in February 2021. The proceedings were finalized in November 2022.
Earlier this season, Kim addressed the misconceptions about her coparenting relationship with Kanye.
“I feel more stressed probably just because I have to protect my kids. Everyone around can handle [the drama], but I want to protect my babies. They are going to know things. They’re going to grow up and see,” she noted. “So, my job as a mom is to just make sure that at a time when that behavior is happening, is just to make sure that they are protected.”
Kim acknowledged that her children are getting to an age where they can see their father’s controversial behavior online and possible negative comments toward her.
“One of my kids knew what was happening. I’ve been able to hide it for so long,” she shared while comparing her current relationship with Kanye to “Stockholm syndrome.”
Kim continued: “I always felt really bad and always wanted to help. This was the first time I didn’t feel that responsibility personally. [People think] I should have stuck it out and I could have helped. As much as people think that I have the luxury of walking away and not dealing ever again, that’s not my reality. This person — we have four kids together.”
The rapper, meanwhile, spoke about raising his kids with Kim shortly before finalizing their divorce.
“Even to this day, I’ll still give Kim advice on things that could help because that’s going to go to the kids,” he said on the “Alo Mind Full” podcast in September 2022. “She’s still got them 80 percent of the time, [to] raise those children. So what people saw when I was going back and forth is that I still have to be able to throw my version of what people would throw into the curriculum.”
Hulu releases new episodes of The Kardashians every Thursday.
