– Professional knob and former Neighbours actor Damien Richardson faced Moorabbin Magistrates’ Court yesterday over performing a nazi salute during an Alt Right event last year.
– The gesture has been banned in Victoria since 2023 and if convicted, Richardson faces up to 12 months jail or a $20,000 fine
– Richardson quit acting in 2021 after appearances in Blue Heelers, McLeod’s Daughters and Jack Irish with his last role being in Neighbours. Since leaving acting he has founded the National Workers Alliance, a far right group that’s associated with National Socialist Network which is made up of noted neo-nazi’s.
