Brady and Emilie’s 3-year-old son, Trigg, passed away on May 18th after initially drowning in the family’s pool six days prior. Brady left Trigg unattended for three to five minutes while looking after the couple’s newborn. Trigg was found [Spoiler (click to open)]floating in the pool. The police have recommended that Brady be charged with a Class 4 felony charge of child abuse.
Last month, a judge granted Emilie’s request to temporarily block the release of Trigg’s death records. She was out with friends at the time of Trigg’s drowning. Brady was the only adult present.
