Tonight, Beyonce has formally revealed the Cowboy Carter Tour is indeed happening.
No dates or locations yet. Possibly being revealed after the Grammys tomorrow, if not later this week.
Really hoping she finally gives her rabid South American fanbase a visit for this tour. Australia and Asia would be nice, too!
