Whether you consider yourself a fan of country music or not, there’s a good chance you’ve heard a Kacey Musgraves song or two. After all, the Texas native released her very first demo album, Movin’ On, way back in 2002.

As it stands, Kacey has never commented on whether or not she’s gone under the knife or received any kind of cosmetic procedure. Either way, her fans were in agreement that she looked incredible while performing on TODAY at Rockefeller Center in March 2024.

Under the Radar

Speculation that the singer underwent plastic surgery has ignited over the years, specifically a nose job.

“Her nose just looks thinner and more refined than it used to and the only way to achieve this is through rhinoplasty,” Dr. Anthony Youn, who has never personally treated Kacey, told Radar Online in August 2020. “She may have also undergone lip fillers recently, causing her lips to look a lot more plump than they once were.”

In September 2021, Kacey released her fifth studio album, Star-Crossed. “You can easily say it is a post-divorce album, which yes, it is factually on paper,” she told NPR Music at the time. “But this album is full of a lot of love and gratitude for that person, for Ruston, for my life and my ability to explore all the emotions as a songwriter.”

Changes

Following her split from Ruston Kelly in September 2020, the songwriter detailed how the breakup changed her views on tying the knot moving forward. “Part of me questions marriage as a whole, in general. I mean, I was open to it when it came into my life. I embraced it,” Kacey told Rolling Stone in 2021. “I just have to tell myself I was brave to follow through on those feelings.”
