After years spent living in secret and mourning the loss of the family’s eldest son, the Tawara’s are forced to revisit their shinobi roots as the rise of a mysterious cult leads to a series of grisly deaths. This new threat may spell the end of not only this family, but the very nation itself.
I’m basically submitting this post in hopes enough of you will watch it for it to get a second season lol. I haven’t seen this show get much media coverage yet, but it is so damn good. Roomates and I marathoned the whole season this evening, couldn’t stop watching. Great mixture of comedy, drama, suspense and action and everyone is acting their ass off. Super fun without being heartless or brainless. I can only describe this show as a mixture of Cobra Kai and The Godfather lol.
