Dua Lipa and Callum Turner had a funny encounter at a baseball game!
The 31-year-old singer and 36-year-old actor attended the New York Yankees’ playoff game against the Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday night (October 7) at Yankee Stadium in New York City.
The newlyweds were seated next to Laurence Leavy, a baseball superfan better known as “Marlins Man,” who is famous for wearing his bright orange Miami Marlins jersey to major sporting events.
However, he had no idea who the celebrity couple was when he met them!
“So i had no idea who this couple were and they were so nice and friendly to everyone,” he wrote on X on Thursday (October 8).
He added that he told them he knows sports, but not music or movies.
Laurence also shared photos of himself with Dua and Callum, including a selfie of the three smiling together.
In another post, he claimed that it was Dua‘s first baseball game and her first time eating a hot dog!
The couple’s appearance came just months after they tied the knot. They first got married in London in May before celebrating with another wedding ceremony in Sicily in June.

As for the game, the Rays defeated the Yankees 4-3, ending New York’s playoff run.
