DC Studios has put two TV projects on hold: The Amanda Waller series with Viola Davis and the “Wonder Woman” prequel show “Paradise Lost.”

-Things arent looking good for the (women) characters at DC following Supergirls failure and WB/Paramount paused merger.
-Wonder Woman DCU prequel series ‘Paradise Lost’ and Viola Davis lead series ‘Waller’ are both dead on arrival.
-Both were announced as part of the James Gunn DC universe slate and were being developed for HBO.
-It is also being reported that Catwoman & Poison Ivy series were being looked at but ulimatly passed on.
-Meanwhile Supermans best friend, Jimmy Olsens HBO series is almost set to begin filming and it was just announced that Nathan Fillion will be guest starring in ‘Mister Miracle’ animated series as Guy Gardner.
