Carrie Underwood is ready to open Sunday Night Football yet again.
The 43-year-old Trump inauguration performer will star in the show open for the 14th season in a row, set to take place on September 13 on NBC and Peacock.

“This year’s show open welcomes Sunday Night Football into my ongoing rock star fever dream,” she said in a press release, via People.
“I love this new version of the track and, once again, Tripp (Sunday Night Football show open creative director) and the incredible team behind the camera brought it to life in a whole new way that captures the spirit of this iconic song and the heart of rock ‘n’ roll. It’s one of my most favorite opens yet!”
What to Expect From Carrie Underwood’s New Opening
This year’s Sunday Night Football includes scenes from a recording studio, a small music venue, and a stadium concert.
“This season, we’ve drawn inspiration from Carrie’s deep, well-documented love of rock music – a perfect fit since our Sunday Night Football anthem was born from pure rock ‘n’ roll: Joan Jett and the Blackhearts’ ‘I Hate Myself for Loving You.’” Tripp Dixon added.

When Does ‘Sunday Night Football’ Return?
The season will kickoff with the Dallas Cowboys against the New York Giants on September 13 live from MetLife Stadium at 8:20 p.m. ET.
Carrie has taken the gig for 14 consecutive seasons, taking over the role from Faith Hill in 2013.
