Brian instigated a confrontation with another person resting legally on the beachfront outside his home. He surprised the man by reaching around him. During the banter following the beachgoer being upset, he asks the man “do you want to be gay? do you want to be a “f slur”?
Brainy Brian calls 911, accuses the man of assault and tries to press charges, saying he did not feel safe, etc. The fecking eejit Backstreet Boy also submitted his own video as proof.
When the prosecutors got both the video to determine whether or not to arrest the beachgoer, they declined to press charges. (should have nailed Brian for false use of 911)
