A new video moment from Justin Timberlake‘s 2024 DWI arrest is going viral.
The 45-year-old entertainer was pulled over, arrested and spent the night in jail back in July 2024, and his arrest video was just recently released, after he filed a lawsuit to block it from coming out.
Now, after settling the matter and the video being released from officer bodycam footage, there’s a certain moment from at the jail that is going viral where Justin jokes about being white.

In new footage at the jail, Justin can be seen going over paperwork and jokingly questioned officers listing his race as white.
“White?” he asked before saying, “I’m just kidding. I’m just kidding, man.”
Then, after being told he’ll be spending the night in a jail cell, Justin said, “So I’ll be in here all night? You guys are wild, man.”

Also in his arrest footage, Justin refused a post-arrest test.
“No, I’m not doing the chemical test,” he says after an officer asks for his consent, adding before trailing off “Guys, I don’t mean no harm, like…”
“You boys [are] treating me like I’m a criminal,” Justin also said in the footage.
A year after his arrest, Justin revealed that he was diagnosed with Lyme Disease.
