The Formula One racer, 41, commented on a series of photographs shared by reality TV star Kim, 45, following the annual bash held after the Academy Awards on Sunday (15,03.26) night.
Kim posted images showing her wearing a glittering gold Gucci gown paired with matching eight-inch heels.
The entrepreneur and founder of the shapewear brand SKIMS also appeared wearing ice-blue contact lenses and styling her hair in a long bob.
Lewis responded to the images by posting three heart-eyed emoji in the comments section of the Instagram post.
The interaction followed reports earlier in the year Lewis and Kim had begun a relationship after spending time together in England.
According to reports, the pair – who had previously known each other for several years – spent a weekend together at Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds.
The visit reportedly included massages and private dinners.
Later the same month, the two travelled to Paris, where Kim shared a video on social media showing the Eiffel Tower during one of their evenings out.
Lewis’ comment on Kim’s post prompted reactions from fans on social media.
One user wrote: “It’s official, guys.”
Another user wrote: “THE SCREAM I JUST LET OUT.”
A third user wrote Lewis was “in love.”
Lewis and Kim have also appeared publicly together during the 2026 Super Bowl on 8 February, when they were shown on the stadium’s big screen during the game between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks.
An unnamed source spoke about the relationship in comments reported by Us Weekly.
The insider said: “Because their relationship started with a friendship first, those closest to them believe this could be endgame for them both.”
The source added: “They are both very committed to making things work no matter how long the distance is or how busy they are.”
They also said the pair remain in frequent contact and that Kim has been “incredibly supportive” of Lewis’ professional schedule.
Kim shares four children with her former husband Kanye West, 48 – North West, 12, Saint West, 10, Chicago West, eight, and Psalm West, six.
Lewis has previously been linked romantically with singer Nicole Scherzinger and actress Sofía Vergara.
